Have you ever had food so good that you kept wanting to fall in love with everyone who brought it to you? I wanted to try everything, but my stomach was at capacity after their Happy Hour drinks and nachos, and let me tell you about their nachos oaxaqueños, that comes smothered (to a healthy degree) in their mole negro: “the most emblematic of Oaxacan moles--deep, roasted mole prepared with roasted chile ancho, tomato, miltomate, chocolate, cinnamon, hierba santa, cumin, avocado leaf, nuts (over 30 ingredients go into the preparation of this mole over the course of 3 days)”. Poetry, right? Wait until you try it. Sonnets should be dedicated. Legends will be told.
