The Western Hemisphere's largest salt-water lake, according to Google, and I'm no expert but I'm inclined to agree. It also happens to have the most gorgeous mountains as a backdrop, so every view is scenic. If you go in the summer, there will be crowds but you can wade in more comfortably, and there are showers nearby to rinse off the salt water. There is a fee for parking; check before going.
